This Year’s Super Moon
The full moon over Frankfurt, Aug. 10, during its closest approach to the earth of the year, usually called “super moon”.

Celtic Museum
The Glauburg museum, some 35 kms (21 mls) northeast of Frankfurt, the center of an archaeological park on the site of a Celtic settlement dating back to the 5th century BC (Photo taken Aug.4). The museum was opened in 2009, a few years after the spectacular excavation of a sandstone statue of the so-called ‘Celtic Prince’ that is on display inside.
Stupidly, I forgot that the museum is closed on Mondays… -
