Soccer in Kigali
Last week, I had to take pictures of a man found guilty of organizing one of the massacres in the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.
I was reminded of a journey that took me to the country a couple of years ago, leaving also a lot of positive memories. This shot that I found in my archives shows a boy playing soccer on the outskirts of Rwanda’s capital Kigali with a self-fabricated ball, wearing an old Colorado Buffaloes sweatshirt. -
