A potaje de berros (watercress soup) with some Gofio (made by grinding down toasted cereals) plus a bocadillo de chorizo (a roll with spanish pork sausage) on the table of a mountain inn near the Garajonay national park on La Gomera, Canary Islands, Spain, March 20.
