Limburg in black and white
Walked through Limburg, a town some 70 kms (42 mls) northwest of Frankfurt, after completing a job there. I somehow felt it was a day for black and white. (Dec. 09) -
100 Years Old
Dagmar Westberg stands beside a painting named “Saint James the Greater” (1615) by Jusepe de Ribera at Frankfurt’s Städel museum, Dec.4. The philanthropist turns 100 years old on Dec.8 and on the occasion donates the (very) valuable painting to the museum.
