Frankfurt’s Carnival Parade


A view sidebars of today’s carnival parade in Frankfurt that drew a crowd of about 300,000 revellers (Feb.15), although Frankfurt isn’t actually a carnival hotspot in Germany. Rose Monday parades in Mainz, Düsseldorf or Cologne are usually attended by about one million people each.
